There was recently a “Single-Button Assistant” announced for the retail version of the game. Can we get this in classic too please??
I would even pay money for it if you were to put it into the shop

Single button rotation feature, autorotation, should never be added to Classic World of Warcraft.

I belong to a guild with many hundreds of real players. The whole idea of ‘not playing’ the game is just bizarre to me.

Play a frost mage, you can literally do this already.
Also there is an Addon that already does this for Era I am told and as I understand it; its common for rogues / warriors in Raids and even some in PVP.
If you want auto-rotation in any version of wow; tis been a possible thing for a real long time… IMO should be banned.
Anyway, if you’re this lazy here you go, and I have seen people use these for ages; its kinda disgusting but blizzard allows it.
