Maybe it isn’t possible because of targeting but it would be sweet to have a healing single button rotation that starts by topping the lowest HP % first. With a large rotation delay. If you don’t do this I think healers will just turn into a fourth dps over time. Like remix.
As a longtime healer: No.
Even with the recent simplification healing is extremely situational. There are too many variables to account for that in a meaningful way using a single-button regime. That situational awareness is both what makes the role so deeply satisfying, and what helps to keep you alive.
Healers already draw enough ire when playing their role with some level of competence, so respectfully, no thanks.

As a fellow long time healer, respectfully, you getting all pearl clutchy is why no one but people pleasers play the healing role.
If they can single button rotation for a rogue with off of its “situational “ abilities, i feel like having the same for healers makes sense.

it IS kinda ironic that DPS gets an OBR but healers dont, lol.
with hpriest all you is press 3 buttons anyway so if thats any indication we might not be too far off lol

Healer don have rotation. Priority of healing normally, self = tank > dps. However, healer still need to do dispel, cast some buff/bubble, do mechanic etc.
Single button healing should never happen.
