Wanted to report what seems like a bug here on this Unholy DK. When I enter combat, the SBA is only prioritizing Outbreak to the point where as long as I have a rune, that’s what it will cast. I mean it will cast Outbreak up to 8 times consistently until finally my runes are depleted and then it will move on through the spell priority for a little bit and then reset with spamming Outbreak again. Not sure if this is happening for others on other classes.

I have the same problem, maybe. Do your abilities on your action bar look like they are on cool down? The only way to reset it for me is to relog.
When you’re preforming your one button rotation do you have a target selected? I know if you have no target or you are targeting a dead NPC your one button rotation will cast the same spell over and over again.
When I start combat my abilities aren’t on cooldown and don’t look like it either but if I go from mob to mob, it does correctly display the abilities that are on cooldown after I manually click them, like Dark Transformation.
If I keep my spell book open during combat I can see what abilities could potentially be used, such as Festering Strike, Scourge Strike, Soul Reaper, Death Coil, etc. but even if I have enough runes and runic power it won’t cast any other abilities until I engage the next mob, and then it will reset back to spamming Outbreak repeatedly.
I’m wondering if maybe it’s specific to this class and spec right now. I’ve played my other characters without any issue - Paladin, Shaman, Monk.
Edit: I’m testing this right now and as long as I have runes, it will prioritize Outbreak. I can see some abilities quickly be displayed in the SBA button that are queued up to cast, but then it will quickly switch back to cast Outbreak. To me, it seems like if I have runes available, it is only prioritizing Outbreak, but when my runes are depleted it will move onto to the next ability - until runes are available again and then it goes straight to Outbreak.
