I’ve never fallen into the Sinfall pit and I’m curious what happens. I know I can glide down but does it just auto-kill you or are you teleported back up, like falling off Oribos? I think I see some bones down there, so somehow someone didn’t have a good day. Anyway, not really interested enough for a repair bill, I guess. So, anyone know?
Been a while but I think I remember just dying.
You just die.
Aw. That’s lazy. Ah well, thanks for saving me a repair bill.
You just die? Well that’s just rude. In Bastion if you fall off they rescue you at least (and I do it rather frequently as I go around that one corner too fast lol).
(except go off the edge)

Yup, if you fall into the middle, you just die. Kinda sad considering you could get into the Maw that way in one of the quests. But having a direct access to the Maw from only one of the covenant headquarters would be a bad idea.
As a side note, if you’re at the very top on the outside area of Sinfall, you can jump between the grates and you’ll be able to float down to the inside. Just don’t hit a grate as you’re jumping in, as it may make you fall straight down to your doom. Otherwise, it lets you control your direction as you float safely into the covenant hall.
In contrast, if you fall off Elysian Hold, you get rescued by an ascended.
The Kyrian look after their own.
INSTANT DEATH.
You die. /10
Well you have to remember Kyrians have wings and can fly, they are also bigger and have more strength then you in some cases. Revendreth vampires can’t fly…they hover just barely if they ever feel like it and they are skinny, they can barely hold weapons except denathrius who’s got hulk muscles.
It used to be that you just died but I don’t know anymore. They added that annoying auto-float in 9.1 so I wouldn’t be shocked if they also added something that picks you up if you fall down the pit.
They have the stoneborn though. There are a number of them who could catch falling players.
That pit leads to the maw but if they did that then other factions would be jelly . So we now die
After the number of times players like me have pushed the dredgers off the edge, I’m pretty sure they just high five each other if a player falls off and dies
It’s because whomever has fallen off hasn’t FOLLOWED THE PATH. But I like my blue angels
(Also I’m out of likes.
)
It will kill you, although if you want to make that death worth it, you can go to the second level where you’ll find three dredgers sitting on the edge. You can knock one of them into the pit.
My mage offers free portals to Dalaran crater.
I guess that’s what happens when you outsource all your chores to the little dredger guys.
Once I dc’d on an alt and got eaten by mobs in one of the quest areas with the forsworn. When I got back in Vesiphone said to my ghost “I don’t think anyone would have seen that coming.” Its amazing when things sync up just right.
