After upgrading the covenant sanctum to use the mirror network, and waiting the hour, I was given a quest to click on the floating scroll to unlock the mirrors. After clicking the scroll, a cutscene popped saying that the new feature was unlocked. I skipped the cutscene. At this point, there should be an NPC with quests to go unlock the mirrors, but the NPC is not visible to me. Other players who have the feature are showing me where he stands, but he is not there

Hey folks, I did a quest line starting with “An Unfortunate Situation” near Sinfall and it triggered the quest for the mirror attunement.

THANK YOU!! Doing the quests from Laurent and the lady next to him ended up unlocking the feature!
