Since we aren't actually playing vanilla, let's discuss the changes we should actually see

As title states. This is not #nochanges. We are not playing vanilla at all. So let’s discuss fixes for the game that need to happen.

  1. Allow follow in BGs. Disallowing follow ruins multiboxers and makes those people quit the game but doesn’t actually stop AFKing. To stop afking, do it like other games do - if you do not do damage or healing, you are removed.

  2. More honor for healers in BGs.

  3. Guild banks.

  4. Shorten timer on world buffs like Onyxia - there are significantly more players on the realm now than there was back then. Allow guilds to get their buffs easier and at times that work for them.

  5. Increase spawn time on certain world bosses and NPCs, for the same reason as #4.

  6. Remove dishonorable kills.
    What else?

Please point out where it’s not Vanilla? So far it’s all been patch 1.12 content.

Well, point number 1 in my post is actually a feature they changed. This is not vanilla AV, and BGs do not work the way they did in vanilla period, including not allowing follow.

There are literally hundreds of reasons that have been pointed out on the forums since launch. The literal VERY FIRST POINT of my post is one of them.

Wel they DID overlay 1.12 onto Legion client so some things might not be right… yet? Ghey are always patching to fix things. Or break things that are supposed to be broken in Vanilla. Also, had no idea you couldn’t follow in BGs as I never have and don’t afk.

Better change they could ever do is launching TBC soon.

But it looks like we probably won’t get TBC either. This is our “vanilla” and it’s not vanilla at all.

Remove the BGs and implement them properly instead of using that as a bandaid for a broken honor system.
