I think wild strikes were a great addition for ferals in SOD, I don’t think anyone would mind its addition to help feral Druids in utility.

NO. Do not add class homogenization in vanilla. That goes way outside the scope of what changes should ever touch a normal vanilla server.
Class identity is crtitical to the vanilla experience.
