Since its utterly useless, make Ub3r-Spanner a toy

 There is absolutely 0 value to the Ub3r-Spanner. It is utterly and completely useless outside of being a novelty item. Since it can't be used in a raid or dungeon, please make it a toy so my other engineering toons can use it. 

 If it can't res,  can't fix anything, can't access the bank, doesn't have a passive effect,  can't be used in a dungeon, etc. why does it even exist? I've done the enchanting and alchemy TotT, and they have actual value. Nothing earth shattering---but still worth doing.

Pretty please make it a toy or give it a passive/more modules that make it worth using!

A lot of other professions have utility, especially JCs, Alchemy.
Not sure why the Engineering one is garbage.
I understand that Blizzard isn’t able to enable those in current dungeon/raids,
but at least let us use them in previous expansion instances… (thats the bare minimum)

And honestly, every expansion since MoP, engineers use to have AH access.
It would have been nice if our tool enabled access to the AH.
But then I guess the people who bought the AH mount will be pissed.

Wish the engineer one had some utility.
