Since its impossible to talk to blizz now days

I turn to you guys…
When Blizzard did the whole real ID thing back in 2010(?) I at the time being a paranoid teenager made a second account with a fake name and did all my raiding pvp etc on that account…
clearly since it was a fake name i cant now transfer characters from that account to my now main account.
So my question is can you in anyway change this? or has anyone been successful?

I will admit to doing the same thing. I wasn’t able to change it when I contacted Blizzard. They let me keep the account, at least.
