Since DF release,can't unlock Oribos portal on new characters

since dragon flight has released,i’m unable to find the quest to start the chain to unlock the oribos portal… The oribos portal is unclickable… Can someone help or is this an issue that has been overlooked and hasn’t been addressed? Chromie is no help either

SL was so bad they never want anyone to return.

well I didn’t really play shadowlands,but so I would like to go back and do the campaign and get the enchant and armor transmogs

If you are below 60, then you can use Chromie Time to get the starter quest. If you’re too high a level for Chromie Time, the solution I’m seeing is to party sync with someone who has the starter quest.
