Nightborne were nothing like the actual race was advertised. They have a right to be upset and ask for a re-model.

My first max level toon was a Draenei and I refuse to kill Draenei in open world content. I chose Horde because of the PvE scene
The Nightborne should stay unattractive because they joined the Horde. After all we did for them, too!

I find Male Nightborne to be cute if you don’t pick an old face, but… yes they do need work.
