Tomato is botanically a fruit, but we serve it as a vegetable. Which we also do with fruits like cucumbers and squash.

Ketchup is soup.

I love catchup, not only is it my favorite way to gear, it’s also my favorite condiment. Horseradish and mustard are on its heels though.

What about Mushroom Ketchup?

Tomatoes and cucumbers chopped up in vinegar with a bit of onion is mighty fine. An alternative fruit salad, if you will.
