This post is pretty much as the title says. I was wondering if our bleeds and such still snapshot. I get conflicting answers when I ask people in game. Any help would be appreciated. 
If I’m not mistaken I don’t think anything snapshots anymore besides Tiger’s Fury/BT for ferals.

Feral can snapshot. Rogues can’t

Everything is dynamic, changing your bleed and poison damage as you gain and lose buffs.
