So I’m convinced that the heroic weapon tokens that supposedly “drop” from Sire are simply an urban legend… like Bigfoot and proof that supply side economics isn’t ridiculous.
I’m curious as to how you other dagger rogues got your weapons outside of conquest farming and pvp? I mean there’s only 2 daggers that drop from dungeons… and I have a better chance of being struck by lightning while flying a unicorn to the city of Atlantis, than having one of them drop in my vault.

anyway, I got daggers with honor and then conquest while running myhic plus. something will drop especially if you can 3 chest your vaults
I used the pvp daggers 1 conq and 1 honor until I got a dagger from the vault and one that dropped in mythic plus the same week. 2nd dagger dropped the run I got ksm and I saved enough valor to upgrade it to 220 right away. There is a cap on valor so choose wisely what you upgrade. You prob want to try and get the dagger tanglewood thorn x2 from mists and time all 10s then 15s to upgrade them to 220ilvl.
Honestly? A lot of luck. I ran ten mythic pluses a week and put in a lot of work. I’m terrible at PvP, so that wasn’t really an option for me. So, I just kept grinding and gave myself the most options on Tuesday as I could.
