Anyone know where this is yet?

The House of Rituals is one of the five houses that rule Maldraxxus.
Which means you will need to pledge yourself to the Necrolord Covenant then reach exalted status with them, or obtain it after having completed Convenant Campaign, or will be something that you can learn to make only through the Necrolords which then can be sold on the AH for high amounts of gold.
But what ever way it is acquired expect it to require a long grind just to add that time to the clock.
Or you know, maybe it’s a drop in one of the Maldraxxus dungeons.
We have no information on the source yet. Making it bound to the Necrolords Covenant would be abysmally foolish.

Remember the Blood-soaked Tome? That required a raid to get off of one the hardest trash mobs then a boss that caused most pugs to quit before it was ended.
Blizzard has a bad reputation with trolling Hunters.
It was supposed to require a raid of all Hunters. They botched the implementation.
Had it gone live properly, that would have been an AWESOME easter egg.

Or just either race change to a Forsaken since they can do it now then change back when you got your pets or make a Forsaken alt.
Fur the Horde 
Doesn’t work. You won’t be able to call Undead pets as a non-Forsaken until you have the tome. This is what happens if you race change from Gnome or Goblin with mechanical pets.
The book has not been found yet. In theory, we know which, non-Covenant tied, Maldraxxus rare it comes from, but it’s currently bugged on Beta (and has been for several weeks) and can’t be attacked, so we can’t test said theory to find out.

A hunter had a pair of undead dinos on Broken Isles today. First I’ve seen them ingame. Wasn’t paying attention to the player, but pretty sure he was undead. Wish the tome was available to the rest of us.
To confirm, just dropped of the 3rd boss in Plaguefall regular dungeon.
I got one to drop when I first went to Maldraxxus from a random mob, I consumed it, and have no idea how to tell if I have it now, or where to look to make sure it’s there.
