Simple Preservation Talent Fix

Grace Period and Flow State should switch places

One of the biggest detractors from playing a cycle of life build is that Grace Period has no synergy and requires 1 points late in the tree with very little value. If you are planning on using essence for emerald blossoms you don’t have it for echoes. Which means you have less reversion coverage overall with just the base charges. Echo, Reversion, and Golden hour all synergize with each other and play a primary role in small group format. It makes sense to put them in the same parts of the tree. Finally it’s a niche talent which doesn’t fit with the capstone it leads to. A more generic talent is preffered for build variety in this spot.

A similar problem occurs for Flow State. It doesn’t synergize with talents around it and furthermore it doesn’t lead anywhere. Flow state is a very general talent that works with many builds. The cd reduction and essence generation help the evoker get more emerald blossoms out and trigger cycle of life more often. The increased casting speed/psuedo haste buffs the healing done inside the cycle. It is hard to justify spending 2 points that don’t lead anywhere and if wasn’t for the power of TA and Golden Hour it wouldn’t even be considered an option. With the pull back on those 2 specific talents it is unlikely to be taken in any content.

Reversion is only worth casting because of golden hour and our tier set. Furthermore Grace Period is under the Lifebind build path with cannabalizes echoes for burst healing windows. While it’s effect is generic it only really shines when blanketing a party which can only be accomplished with echo and doesn’t allow the use of emerald blossom.

Please swap the position of these 2 talents, I believe it will make the build paths more logical and natural.

The entire tree needs to be reworked with the shift from reversion builds into EB builds. It’s maybe the worst designed tree of any healer with this shift and there’s not enough time/willingness from blizz to change it.
