I can only assume the acceleration of all these changes is being driven on high for a console release. Simcraft will be next to go. May not be in Midnight, but it’s coming.
i mean it is possible, but i think blizzard is still harboring a grudge from not being able to monetize the use of mods, that’s why they are putting their own garbage version into the game.
How do you play SIM City?
With lots of parses?
Even if simcraft goes, wowaudit will live on, tracking all the public facets of your raid main and raid alts, if your guild opts into using this website. It’s private to anyone not authorized to view it.
It’s just in a much better format so you can compare things like ilvl, M+ score, how many M+s you have done that week, how many pieces of tier you have and what quality they are, how many items you can still upgrade, if you are gemmed / enchanted, how many vault options / quality of your vault options, arena rating, mounts, pets, if you are doing your world quests, etc.
It’s actually really neat that you can snoop on your fellow raiders and see what they have up to.
Simc might go, tho external scanning should hopefully still stay. Technically raidbots doesn’t use an addon.
It’d probably just become a lot more tedious and you’d have to manually input your gear and talents if Blizzard broke the add-on or the websites ability to read the armory.
