Silvermoon should not be neutral

I feel this needed to be said. As a race capital for the blood elves it would be quite the worst idea to allow the alliance to go there. It would be like making Stormwind neutral. It shouldn’t happen at all. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

I mean, Stormwind is practically neutral.

Especially when a bunch of Horde casually strolls into the city, kills a number of elite guards and lights half the city on fire. Genn and Jaina were seemingly real unbothered by the whole thing, going by their slower than RP walking pace.

Being PVP alligned show your affiliation. So far neither Stormwind or Silvermoon are friendly to the other side. And I want it to stay that way.

Lol, no.

Making Orgrimmar neutral would be like making Stormwind neutral. Making Silvermoon neutral is like making Bel’ameth or Gilneas neutal, which they kinda halfways are.

Plus nowhere has anyone said Silvermoon will be neutral. It most likely will, but it also could become a hostile zone like Suramar. Until Blizz says anything officially you are just yelling at clouds. But then this is a Ervien thread so that’s par for course.

Why is it called Silvermoon if it’s covered in gold and red trim? Shouldn’t it be Rubysun. I mean they do worship the sunwell.

I want to go back to bed now.

Because knowing Blizzard they give the alliance fans what they want. And they asked Silvermoon to turn blue ever since TBC. They are stubborn and cry alot.

Kinda like you are now?

I am not crying. I have the fear they take away something from the blood elf community and flood the city with MHPs.

That’s all you do in this forum. Every single thread I see you make is nothing but crying about Blizz hating the Horde and loving the Alliance.

Personally I’d rather see Xal void-explode it the way she did Dalaran, Turn the Sunwell into a Voidwell.

But they will probably make it neutral the way they have been making Alliance capitals like the new NE city neutral. Isn’t Gilneas technically neutral in the lore now too? All part of merging us into one faction.

Well I can’t wait for my Alliance characters to hang out there in Midnight.

Bel’ameth isn’t neutral. Horde players can not use the vendors or the Hearthstone.

No.

I rather lose Silvermoon before I allow male human paladins to use the city as their scenery for marrying their high elf wives.

You’re right. It should be Alliance.

Allowing the Horde to stay in Silvermoon is a compromise we’re allowing because we recognize some of you are whiny man-children who are still mad about Garithos despite the fact that we’ll all outlive him a million times over.

I mean… the Blizz developers do get stuck in ruts. I’d give anything for the story to stop making us follow emo Windrunners around all the time, but it seems like neither of us is going to get what we want.

Quel’thalas was part of the alliance for like 5 minutes until Anasterian was the first leader to pull out of the faction for good. That was long before Garithos was a thing. Because our king was aware only humans profit from it.

if Sylvanas returns in Midnight and all the named blood elf leaders get spotlight I will be happy.

But if Silvermoon doesn’t become neutral how will Midnight be entirely about the Alliance!?

Sorry, that was uncalled for.

I just want screentime. Somehow Undermine didn’t scratch the Horde itch. It WAS cool to see Goblins finally have a chance to shine, though.

Jaina and the Silver Convenat were massacring blood elves in MoP why should this act be forgiven, especially when Jaina did not get any sort of consequences after her actions.

silver moon for the alliance 2025

As far as I know it’s been reclaimed for the Alliance but I think they made a deal with the Forsaken to each stay on their side of the wall.

but it’s Gilneas so it’s not allowed to get updated in game to reflect its’ lore status, ever.

This story already has 1 Windrunner too many.

That’s the thing it shouldn’t be. At all. Midnight is the perfect opportunity to let some Horde races(Nightborne and blood elves) take the stage for once. We are long overdue after so much alliance fatigue in TWW.
