Silvermoon Rep

Best way to get good big chunks of it?

Running The Mechanar and killing everything with the Silvermoon Tabard is a great way to get rep.

Ideally, you’re supposed to let each run take just over 6 minutes, so that you don’t get locked out after 10 runs but if you don’t mind waiting, you can blitz through it real quick!

The rep tabard stops working on normal dungeons after a certain point (revered, IIRC). At that point you just have to run a circuit of heroic dungeons. I did the three Hellfire dungeons, taking the shortcut to exit Ramparts and logging out for a while to “port” back to the entrance of Blood Furnace and Shattered Halls.

That final revered -> exalted stint took less than a week, with no buffs. So it’s not bad.

Did they change that recently? Because when Blood Elf heritage armor first came out, I got exalted from friendly in a matters of hours by running Mechanar normal over and over.

I realized I wasn’t maxed when they added the heritage armor. My rep was one shy of revered and nothing on normal was giving me anything. But I had bought that tabard a while ago so maybe that was a factor? :woman_shrugging:

For some reason, Auchindoun dungeons and Tempest Keep dungeons give rep for tabards, but others don’t. Been that way for a while, but I have no idea why.

I ran the Botanica. I found the dungeon had a nicer flow than the Mechanar. It took almost exactly 6 minutes each time, so I never got locked out. Took me maybe an hour and 20 minutes or so of clearing and boom, exalted.

I got from friendly to exalted very quickly by doing lots of runs of Magister’s Terrace with the tabard. It took me a suprisingly low number of runs.

I actually ended up getting it in a total of 4 hours. Doing Heroic BC dungeons then realizing i could do some not on heroic so i did that.
