Probably in next expansion…because most likely Sylvanas will lead Silvermoon, Alleria void elves and Alliance and Vareesa high elves such as silver covenant.
Almost like a high elf and yet very distant from what we have been asking for years.
Come on, they are not, i see differences between void and blood elves.
Not pointless since elves overall are most played race this game. And people still want more of them, so why not?

High elf customisation options are inevitable when we get to the Ren’dorei vs Sin’dorei, Quel’Thalas, Void vs Light content they keep hyping up.
Void Elves and Blood Elves are both High Elves, as stated by Blizzard.

According to a dev interview Ion gave several months ago, Blood Elves were originally unintended to have blue eyes in Shadowlands, but later on that decision was reversed following team discussions. If the art department was involved, what was the reasoning that led to blue eyes being added for Void Elves and Blood Elves?
This is another place where there was a race, High Elves, in the game which hadn’t really been represented on player characters. Blood Elves were the closest, but had felt green eyes. It was an opportunity where we had a number of elven races, and we could tie it back to their roots, letting players choose where they want to align and what fantasy to play out. We did have a lot of discussion about it, ultimately we might do more in the future, but for now we’re providing the option to have a few High Elf customizations available.

they gave full high elf customization option for blood elves, their pet faction. While alliance got like always - trash options.

SO MUCH AVAILABLE FOR ALLIANCE THAT i can’t count how many topics about void elves asking high elf customization options.
void elves can’t look like high elves, come on. It’s more then obvious.
That’s why players still want real high elves such as silver covenant playable.
you can currently make a high elf. what you can’t do is a blond high elf, but in lore the high elves have dark hair
