What silly rituals do you have that you absolutely must do always?
Some of mine:
- I have to put my character to /sleep somewhere in a bed or in front of a fire when I log out.
- I have to /farewell to Pocopoc every time I leave Zereth Mortis. He’s my bud.

I /cheer after we successfully kill a boss I hate in M+. For example, boss 2 in spires, boss 3 in sanguine depths, all bosses in DoS.

I have a ritual where I’m on my allowed to parse grey. I also never look at parses so no idea if I’m grey.
Not sure this is what you are looking for but I must repair my gear and I must clean my bags before I log out a character. I have to do this. Yes I have some ocd.

I’ll keep it Shadowlands specific because I have too many weird in-game rituals I’ve acquired over the years.
I try to do this, but once I have a bunch of alts going, it gets difficult. I was mildly disappointed before 9.1 because there was no proper place to sleep in Bastion. You need a flying mount or glider to get to the beds in Elysian hold.
I wave at Stewards I meet in Oribos.
I always wave at Taserio
There’s a corrupted steward at the Great Forge chilling out by the pond. It is the first and last NPC that I kill whenever questing there.
I always /greet Rendle.
I frequently /thank NPCs for stuff.
If I spot a ripe purian in a Forsworn occupied place I always take it because they don’t deserve treats.

This one is me and precisely why I use LeatrixPlus for auto repairs and selling my greys when I open a vendor window. Summoning my yak mount is always the last thing I do before logging out.

If I’m tired, emptying my bags can wait, but I always have to repair, too.
I do that too!

I don’t know if it’s a ritual, per say, but even if I have 1 experience point to level if I feel like logging I don’t finish out the level and just log.

Everything must be organized in my bank and my bags be emptied and cleaned regularly.

Before summoning the boss to the stage at Ardenweld: I trigger the event, run back stage, peer out and wave amateurishly to the crowd, duck back behind the stage props and THEN get into bear form.
Once the fight starts I charge heroically into the farce…I mean combat.
Of course I always take a bow afterwards as well. Would be silly not to!

If i kill a world rare with another player who jumps in i always /highfive after we kill it
When I use my warlock I sacrifice a mouse to summon an imp. It gets bloody when I am on Demo.
Everytime I get a new piece of gear, I have to mog it asap. Also I can’t stand seeing vendor junk in my bags so I tend to pop a vendor mount quite often.

I have this silly little ritual where I sacrifice a live chicken at the shrine in my bedroom closet to the old one Kx’zthlak and cover my eyes in its blood, then burn the remains with incense and sage.
teeheehee
1- Put my toons in sleepwear and put them to sleep in beds
2- Pat dogs or pets in my Pandaria farm or my Garrison
3- Use my Argent Pony Bridle (portable personal bank access) from anywhere in the world to empty my bags

I don’t know if it’s silly, but I always have to do a lower level m+ warm up run before jumping into pushing my keys. Especially if I haven’t played in a few days.

I thought I was the only one to put my char to sleep in a nice place… lol… I also like to find nice private pools and waterfalls take off my gear and go for a dip… I do a mountain lake dip every morning in my real life to start the day in summer, so it feels natural to do it on my char also…
