Hey in LFR when on my DH alt, we had the boss Anub’arash die whilst Skeinspinner Takazj was in intermission – and in correlation to such, we got the boss-kill lockout / loot-locked, yet we were still stuck in combat … So we couldn’t proceed to Queen Ansurek and we didn’t actually get any loot rolls from the Silken Court.
Half of the raid left and the other half of us hearthed out and re-entered, and the Silken Court bosses reset when we zoned back in … Anyway, we defeated them and those of us who weren’t new (from refill) didn’t get any loot from the bosses 
So essentially, due to the bosses being “defeated” yet still alive — we got loot-locked without any actual roll-attempts or looting from the bosses 
Would’ve thought we’d at least get a response or a moderate: “We apologise & are looking into it – not just for this raid, but to ensure it does not occur with future raids to give players the best experience they deserve.” etc …
