A new Silent Hill game is coming out and it is by the writer of Higurashi When They Cry and Umineko When They Cry!

I’m quite certain the protagonist is based on Rika Furude so her adventure will be interesting to say the least since we do not know what sort of trauma is influencing her journey in Silent Hill.

I have no doubt that the Protagonist will continue to loop in Silent Hill as we get to know her and the surrounding characters more.

We will first see her consumed by the plants and have her face shatter revealing a hole the camera will descend into bringing us to another Silent Hill with another version of her inside it.

We know that Silent Hill’s Otherworld is genuine so the mystery will be what desires are Silent Hill drawing upon to reset the adventure for it’s latest visitor multiple times?

Will we see a Hanyuu-based Character as well? Maybe a Lambdadelta-based Character(obviously someone from the US) on top of that? We also need an expert on the Occult who works like Rena(from Higurashi) or Maria(from Umineko)…

If a Hanyuu-based Character appears it will either be the benevolent God of the Protagonist’s Hometown or the Order’s God or the Protagonist’s idea of what she looks like summoned & altered by the Protagonist’s desires.

We might even get 2 Gods: a kind Hanyuu-based one and the cruel Eua-based one more accurate to Silent Hill 1 & 3’s God.

I’m currently starting to wonder if that is what is actually going on with Hanyuu.

It could be that Rika is indeed Oyashiro-Sama’s Reincarnation whose first Looper self is Eua(explaining why Red Eyes Rika separated from normal Rika at the end of Sotsu when Eua left) who created the failure who is a ghost and turned her/Rika’s Mother into Featherine Augustus Aurora who has a physical form and can write Worlds into existence at one point(Higurashi When They Cry Mei) using Dreams to provide Rika with Worlds with which Aurora can get her child Body restored so that she can restore her old Child Self to Rika.

Featherine is shown to be symbolized by Beatrice(explaining why Beatrice has the voice of Rika’s Mother as Featherine actually is her after Eua/First Rika altered and Demonified her) the Golden Witch with Bernkastel and her host Nao supposedly being symbolized by Genji, Rika & Bernkastel’s attitudes by Ange & Battler, Ghost/Real Hanyuu(exorcised from her reincarnation Rika/Eua by Eua) by Maria, Eua by Rosa and Satoko/Lambdadelta by Eva.

In all likelihood Featherine decided from seeing Twilight of the Golden Witch to use her powers to restore her child self to Rika as well as a couple other friends of hers.

Once she uses her powers to provide Rika with permanent friends(Nao, Kazuho Kimiyoshi, Physical Hanyuu, Ayaka Furude, Student Council President Ikuko Hachijo, etc.) she will most likely return to the Sea of Fragments with Bernkastel’s battler persona.

I dare say Rika will be quite surprised at the fact that Ghost Hanyuu and Physical Hanyuu are separate entities with the real Hanyuu exorcised from her Soul while the other is her Mother. Ghost Hanyuu haunting another part of the Sea of Fragments due to Eua being banished to the Higurashi Mei part of the Sea of Fragments does suggest that Rika won’t be seeing Ghost Hanyuu any time soon.

Incidentally Lambdadelta is indicated to have another entity puppeting her so logistically she would be the Black/Dark Awakening Rika.

In any case Silent Hill f can explore the same themes as Higurashi Mei and more easily considering how Silent Hill 1, 2 & 3 treated Alessa, Cheryl, Heather and Maria.

A Hanyuu-Ripoff being a good thought-spawned entity that’s friends with the Protagonist and ends up made a real person would be easy to accept by players of Silent Hill f.

I have no access to the original SH2. So this might be my only way to get to play it. No I’m not getting that remastered collection. I did hear fans remastered it but I’m not quite sure where to go get it or how to make it work. We’ll see.

Silent Hill’s God will be a frightening Villain to say the least. What is she I wonder? Obviously not Samael since Samael’s Mark is connected to Valtiel.

In any case Silent Hill is not Blood-Splattered enough for my liking. Too Much Rust not enough Blood. I was quite disappointed when the Otherworld’s outdoor section of the first Silent Hill was lacking in Blood-Splatters! Same goes for how the outdoor section of Silent Hill 2’s Otherworld was lacking in Green Disease-Splatters.

Anyways if we are going to talk about everything related to Silent Hill f no matter how remotely then just as we explore the Silent Hill side of the spectrum we should also explore the 07thRyukishi side of the spectrum eh?:

Looking at 07thRyukishi’s Interviews, the personalities of Ciconia’s Cast and Featherine’s dialogue towards the Big Bad of Higurashi Mei’s Rival I’m starting to suspect the Big Bad herself is Seshat.

Infact I suspect in Higurashi When They Cry the Players were Featherine Augustus Aurora(Beatrice) and Lambdadelta(Eva) and since Lambdadelta was the Game Master she possessed all the Game Pieces except the Piece intended for Seshat(Kyrie): Ouka Furude(Ange).

Seshat killed Lambdadelta’s partner(Hideyoshi) and Lambdadelta’s younger Sibling Witch killed her child(George) so Lambdadelta killed her Younger Sibling and abandoned Seshat in the Ciconia When They Cry Setting when it became clear that Seshat was abandoning Ouka(created by Lambdadelta’s sibling AKA Rudolf Ushiromiya whom Lambda killed) due to finding out that Chloe Ironside(Battler) was always intended for her Game Piece.

After Ouka killed Hanyuu(created by Lambdadelta’s sibling in Featherine’s image) then died of old age Featherine constructed a copy of Chloe Ironside to rile up Lambdadelta to fight her seriously: Rika Furude(Ange Beatrice/Lord Battler).

Rika Furude after Featherine in the persona of Frederica Bernkastel abandoned Rika in Higurashi Rei gained sentience and became a Witch.

Meanwhile back in the Ciconia Setting Seshat having become bored of having no opponent recalled her rival Piece the Witch of the Piece(Asumu) and possess Lilja who has Rika’s Speech Quirks(the same ones that Seshat complained of Chloe Ironside of having which says a lot about Lambdadelta’s Younger Sibling).

The fact that Chloe & Lilja appears in the Higurashi Rei(wa) Manga(not to be mistaken for the Higurashi Rei Visual Novel Story) while another Rika lookalike is present(Inori Mikazuki whose Eye Color changes depending on the Arc with the first one having Red Eyes like Lambdadelta and the other having Gold Eyes like Chloe Ironside/Seshat’s Pieces) suggests that Seshat, Lambdadelta and Piece are bringing their best Game Pieces to Hinamizawa in the Reiwa Period.

As for their goal in that Gameboard: unknown.

No one least of all Featherine was aware that Asumu would show up alive on Rokkenjima with Kyrie after Eva ditched everyone else. Bernkastel is going to be quite surprised by Piece’s presence on the Gameboard since Featherine distinctly implied that either Piece or Seshat should go. She will be quite surprised when it’s clear that someone else was barred from the Gameboard!
