Silencing the Advisor quest is still broken.
NPC’s keep falling through the ship, Advisor Ko’Jan will not respawn.
Have attempted multiple abandon/retake and log off, wait 15 minutes and log back on.
Have now cleared the boat of all enemy NPC’s three times and can not advance further in the quest chain.
Edit: Managed to get her to respawn via realm hopping through Group finder.
