Silas' secret stash no loot

I did complete this quest on my main char and tried to do it on alts, but when I ‘Complete’ the quest by clicking on the chest I have nothing in my packs…

Is this quest a one-time per account ?

I’m having this same issue. I have completed the quest on two different characters. I got all the clues (in proper order) and when I go to the ship to get the final chest, the quest changes to ready to turn-in, but I am unable to turn it in.

I don’t know when this changed, but I just did it today, and instead of getting an item at the end, it flagged the quest as complete and I had to click on the quest itself, and THEN the item showed up. i just spent 10 minutes wondering why the quest wasn’t over before I noticed this, so I hope this comment helps someone else not have to do that someday.

What worked better was the previous comment that said to track the quest and then click it.
