I bought a Sigil of the Unseen from Ve’nari on 11/30 and was still hunted during that day, was going to give it till the maw reset 12/1 but i am still being hunted and attacked upon reaching tier 3. Posting this as of the 12/2 reset, just a minor inconvenience i worry about before hitting ambivalent reputation and picking up the Soul-Stabilizing Talisman.
*Correction, this was on my main Desreck-Mal’Ganis, I am unsure as to why it went to this character as I never play him anymore.

The item [Sigil of the Unseen] is not functioning AT ALL! I was so excited to finally get this, to finally have some of the frustrations of the Maw eased off a bit. Well, surprise surprise it didn’t do anything except remove the text when you mouse over the eye of the jailer effects. Imagine my surprise when suddenly the message “You are being hunted!” popped up and, sure enough, assassins were still coming for me.

TLDR: The Jailer’s Mark ticks up your Eye of the Jailer every time it ticks after application, making Assassins and Abductors double-punishing to your time spent in the Maw. The upgrades from Ven’ari are working as intended by removing this double punishment. Read the item tooltips closer.
The tooltip says immunity to the assassins.

Keep reading, its not the assassins, its the Mark they put on you that you are immune to.
They will still hunt you, you just no longer have the dot effect put on you from the mark.
The item is working fine.
Stamp the sigil onto your body, gaining permanent immunity to Mawsworn Assassins’ The Jailer’s Mark.
Here is what the Mark effects are.
The Jailer’s assassins mark your soul, inflicting Shadow damage every 2 sec for 10 sec.

I thought the Jailer marked you so that assassins could hunt and find you. Pretty lack luster reward but oh well.
