Tier set items are not counting as learned when you acquire them.
I have both the mage (normal) tier gloves and leggings equip, but they are not counting towards the set, or are they able to be transmogged.
When you mouseover the items missing in the Set tab in collections it shows “no tracking data available for this item”.
I am also missing my shoulders from normal on my paladin. Had them before, got them again, still doesn’t unlock the appearance. Seems like Tier transmog from it is broken if not more.
Had the exact same issue with the Siege of Orgrimmar paladin set. I use to have the shoulders and now I don’t. I actually had them transmogged and once this new dragonflight update came out they were no longer on my character. I also went and tried to re-get them and got the legs that I didn’t have before and those wont save to my collection either. I submitted a ticket for it.
same issue here, just got an tier item from SoO that I didnt’ have unlocked and it wont unlock it for me - earlier in the run a weapon did unlock though
and looking through my collection, an item that I unlocked earlier and have equipped on another char from SoO is no longer in my collection…
