If you take the teleport portal out of raid after Malkorak, you get teleported underneath Pandaria.

Searching the forums it appears this is a very old bug, and they didn’t fix this when updating SoO with a skip.

These issues are actually pretty common in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Back in MoP I actually got suspended for doing this and attacking Alliance players. Pretty much everyone I knew did it though (WPVP Guild), it was easy to recreate and get under the map.
It’s a beautiful zone but apparently made with duct-tape and prayers.
