Happened to me on my 3rd character on Mar. 19th, 2024…
Still an issue, March 25th, 2024.
5+ years passed and this is not resolved?
It’s been so long I forgot this was an issue.
I guess the bug team forgot about it as well.

Bugged here ( 07/04/2024 ) it’s sad that they pretty much leave old content to rot with no bug fixes.
Bugged still but spoke to support and told working as intended and will not be fixed.

think u gotta wait for the rp to go through before 1 shotting the boss, thats what i do for the raid and it hasnt bugged since so yea just a patience check

Still bugged. Happening in MoP Remix now as well. Managed to get through Galakras (ugh) just to reach these gates that refuse to open and ruined the raid for everyone.
Decided then to do this raid in Retail just to have the same issue. Yay. Love to see decade old bugs still hurting the game and discouraging playing.

Worked for me too. Logged out while at the closed gates and played another character for 30 minutes. When I logged back in, my main was still at the gates and they were OPEN.
