Is it normal not to get any cinematic from Jaina when you click on “finish the fight” on LFR? Every time I click on it the screen goes black for a few seconds then it returns me to the game.

Is it also normal not to get the achievement for killing the kraken even though you killed it?

Do you have DBM or Bigwigs installed? Because those two auto cancel cinematics if you have seen them once.
