Siege of Boralus / BFA Dungeon. Not dropping loot from Bosses in Normal difficult

No Loot from Bosses in Normal difficult, Plus WTF happens with BFA difficult? My lvl 70 / 480 ilvl is having some trouble just to kill mobs.
