Is it possible to make these vendor items no longer cost a currency from last expansion? Near impossible to get any kind of group to farm this old currency, and even worse luck trying to get groups for wotlk raids.
They removed the requirement to need full 5 mans. Have you tried to solo any of them?
I have, not feasible as a solo dps. Maybe, maaybe if I was a tank it could be realistic; though it would probably take an ungodly amount of time. It’s not like I’m ungeared by any stretch either. Why remove the requirement when many classes can’t solo it for another tier or two as is. We aren’t all BDKs smh
Just change the currency for those items to Justice Points like everything else, its just xmog gear after all!
Right now the Cata population is at its lowest. Burn out from phase 1 and new retail content. If you wait till Firelands youll find it easier to find groups to go through Wrath raids for transmog items.

Exactly! My point being, just change the currency requirement from those vendors to Justice Points like everything else was converted. Why have people slog through 70 WOTLK dungeons, in a group nonetheless, to farm obsolete currency?!
Yeah, just tried again… not happening in the slightest…Maybe in WoD, but at this rate with Blizz abandoning classic and leaving many things broken or blah (without so much as a response to the many gripes and blatant issues), my $15 a month is going to go back into another 4 year indefinite hiatus. Classic brought me back, and it’s a ‘here we go again’ relationship with Blizz.
To be fair blizzard usually doesnt immediately nerf/alter recent content for transmog.
Shadowlands is two expansions old in retail and Kel’Thuzad still isnt soloable.
And shadowlands transmog gear from rep vendors still costs their special currencies that you’ll have to farm.
