Can’t find the lost goblins? do they disappear when touched???

I’m having the same issue and can’t seem to figure it out.

Jump in the blood pools and you will get a debuff that will show you more mobs including the lost goblins npcs.

Had the same issue. If you press the Harmonizing valves you lose your stacks. I did what Highjinks said and got the stacks back again and finished the quest.
