Is there a better way to target an enemy than clicking on it or using Tab? I havent played in a few years and I seem to recall having a macro way back when.

There is now an “action targeting” system added in recently that targets where you are facing, but I have never tried it to see how it works. With the game not up I can’t direct you though to where you enable it.
