Looks like PvP only.
They don’t know how to tune hots or dots. Renew should be healing for a million over it’s duration. PoM should be healing for 700k.

Seeing the drastic difference out in world 70k per jump go to over 300k per jump in pvp shows how much they’re relying on knob tuning.
