The people of Maldraxxus get to pick, because they’re not spirits. They’re undead with actual real bodies which allows them to operate in the land of the living when needed.
I wouldn’t wish going to Maldraxxus on anybody. That place sucks and I’m actually kind of upset Amber is stuck there, she doesn’t deserve it.
He should be in Revendreth. Was expecting him to have gotten a sinstone when me and Laytis found them a few months ago.
Practically nobody you meet in Maldraxxus seems upset to be there. Some are upset about current events, but everyone is totally onboard with the basic concept of the afterlife.
Bastion has an entire indoctrination program devoted to brainwashing reticent people into thinking it’s not a terrible place.
Bastion being bad doesn’t mean that Maldraxxus is not also bad.
Bastion is a far worse fate than Maldraxxus. Bastion is probably only slightly better than revendreth.
