Shurrai, Atrocity of the Undersea (World Boss) not giving credit and still dropping S1 gear. I zoned out multiple times eventually it gave credit when I relogged right at him.
She won’t drop S2 gear, only the new World boss in Undermine zone will.

Bumping this because it’s still broken.
I was doing the quest to get the coffee key fragments and it’s bugged.
The quest says I’ve completed it, even lists it like:
Shurrai, Atrocity of the Undersea
Shurrai slain 1/1
But it won’t complete and give me the reward. I’ve zoned out, relogged, everything. Can’t get it to work

Same here. Killed it five times so far, including in group, out of group, restarting the game, and nothing.

Same. Just happened to me. Got the kill credit, but no rewards. I sent in a bug ticket just in case they’re still collecting data.

I just tried twice in a row and did not get the WQ rewards but the WQ does show complete with a green check mark.
I’ve noticed all the TWW world bosses (with the possible exception of the one in Undermine as I have not tried that one yet) often will not complete after killing the boss. Sometimes, leaving the area and coming back will cause it to autocomplete, but not always.

If the quest is showing completed in the tooltip when mouse over the WQ on the world map (1/1 boss killed), then don’t bother joining another group and killing it again. The most likely cause of the bug probably is being in the group.
Don’t be in a group, fly away from the boss area, until the quest disappears from the log, then fly back in later when the boss has respawned/alive and as soon as quest re-appears in the log, it should auto complete and give you the shards.
As I mentioned above, this strategy doesn’t always work for me (it usually does, but not always).
But more importantly, we shouldn’t have to do this sort of workaround. Blizz should just fix the bug.

Killed the world boss, no coffer key shards. Bugged.
Sure.
Do you want to get stuff done, or do you want to hold your breath until Blizzard works their way down the overwhelming list of bugs to this one?
I encountered the same problem. No credit for the boss kill. Killed twice. No way to click complete. Andorhal realm. Relogging did NOT help.
