How am i suppose to win shuffle rounds when everyone breaks my setups, im playing rets doing 1mill+ dmg from 3 decree/reckonings, warrs hitting 100+ crits, dk just hardcountering sin, every double melee comp automatically out cleaves my team? Literally hit 1700 first few weeks and havent won points since.

Solo shuffle just isn’t the kind of environment rogues thrive in. I’m impressed and jealous you even made it to 1700. You’ve got more skill and patience than I do.

Literally pinballing between 1690-1754.
Up and down up and down. I’m not a god tier player and I’m happy with my rating - I run no PvP add ons with a 10yr old PC on 80% resolution graphics set to 1 lol.
I can play well enough to see the game playing out with quick glances at hp bars and visual effects (which are so hard sometimes on graphic 1, looking at you paladin bubbles - it looks like a bubble you blow out of a soap bottle it’s basically invisible until I see immune on my kidney shot 
.
But yeah the nerfs we’ve been getting week in week out are making it extremely hard to push the rating higher. Especially when the nerfs to other classes don’t even come close to what we are getting in terms of our only sustain pressure garrotte being nerfed.
Like wow healers can’t manage to outheal a dot?!?!

You ain’t alone. I managed to get above 1700 before this week as well and then tanked down to 14-something when I tried to grind a bit on Thursday. All 0-6, 1-5 games. I think I had only one 2-4, where before I was getting plenty of 3-3 and better games. All my breakable CCs are always getting broken too. And even when I shadowy duel > full kidney > blind, taking the healer out of the fight for at least 10 full seconds or more, it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
It’s rough for rogues in solo shuffle now. I would say I hope it doesn’t stay like this the whole expansion, but I know how much all of existence hates when rogues are anywhere near the top of anything whether that be PvP or PvE. It’s not very fun when every fight feels like an uphill battle against the odds.
And before anyone mentions it, I know there are rogues with ratings over 2k in shuffles. Those people are on another level that I don’t suppose I’ll ever reach. So though it might be possible, I just question if it should be as hard to excel as it appears to be compared with quite a few other classes.

Assassination and Outlaw are better for shuffle for sure. The 15% reduction to cc really hurt set up classes like sub. On top of no voice communication. Raw output is the way to go. Coming from someone who is 2100 as Assassination rogue in suffle atm.

lose again and -50
won my last 2 matches and gained +12 and around 12 again
finally work my way up to 1100, win 2 matches, “no rating change”
lose twice -50 each time. I’m on a loop I can’t break
watched guides, tried builds, tried different tactics, results don’t seem to change so there is something significant I think I’m missing and I don’t know what
check pvp has the builds of top end players for 2s 3s rbs and shuffle for every spec
Why can’t you just play three’s?
Solo shuffle has killed LFG for 2s and 3s, there’s about 15 3v3 listings and 6-7 of them are advertising selling boosts
