I really love healing shuffles but losing a million points in ranking for things that are out of my control is very frustrating. The field medic hazard payout just isn’t sufficient. Ive been crashed out on and cursed at for people dying when things like positioning or others not using their defenses is out of my control. Perhaps deducting less points for healers? There’s a lot of pressure on us and the silver or conquest tokens isn’t good enough imo
Since healer mmr is separate it needs to be naturally inflationary. There is absolutely no reason healers should not get +1-5 points for going 3/3.
Also slightly difficult to inplement but a player with personals available that dies outside of crowd control should have 2 points removed from their rating and the end of the match and have it transferred to the healer than was on their team that round.
Add more rewards on top of that and “healer rating” being easiet might incentivise people to try the role.
Because they didn’t win? Why would they get rewarded for that?

Play with chat off - play your own game. At the end of the day, you can only control yourself.
The primary reason people lose their mind in shuff is the long dps Q times. Players can’t psychologically process waiting 30 mins to lose rating, so they flame the person that has the most buttons to keep the team alive.
Look, every game is always going to have a player that’s the worst. Let them burn up and fall. Don’t stress it!

If you take 3 steps up and go 3 steps down, you’re right where you staryed; 3-3 SHOULDN’T give rating (unless your mmr is well above your cr, obviously).
Also, I see more healer 0-6s than dps 0-6s and it’s not close.
Where’s the stats druid and can he figure out what on average healer mmr is relative to dps like if it’s 50 points lower or something and perhaps if because healers can 1) play more and therefore have a more defined cr

the only annoying part of healer mmr for me is a fresh healer alt I get placement shuffs and even if I go 5 - 1 I can lose some MMR, can be very hard to 6 - 0 simply due to the quality of players at that level not even cdew himself can heal to victory.
I get this response, but if you want to have better queue times it is one of the better suggestions out there.

I’m not sure this is true either. I feel like this example is regularly used by healers to say, “oh, this dps player was uncarriable, I shouldnt be punished when the other 3 dps players climb”
However, the reverse is ALSO true where a healer goes 3-3 because a dps 6-0 instead and ALL 3 other dps lose rating because they were “carried” for their wins.
I’m not actually sure how much a 0-6 happens vs a 6-0 and healers are protected from both.
