The assassination tree talent [Shrouded Suffocation] says that it grants two additional combo points when Garrote is cast from stealth. However, when I stealth outside of combat and open with Garrote on a target, I only get one combo point.
Is this a bug or intended, as in it’s only supposed to work during combat like a Shadow Dance sort of thing?
