Showtooltip for PvP Talent (or if not selected, a different ability)

Does anybody know how you could accomplish this?

Display “Thorns” if I have it specced, otherwise display a completely different ability that is baseline.

Edit: Basically, it would check to see if the Thorns ability appears in my spellbook. If it does then it shows that tooltip. Otherwise it displays a different ability in my spellbook.

I’m having this exact same problem. It’s annoying to see a big question mark on my screen if I don’t have the PVP talent selected.
