Show up as invisible in guild?

Is there anyway to log on invisible or show up as invisible in a guild? Sometimes I just dont want to be bothered by my guild and i was wondering if it was implemented during any of the latest patches

At the moment, there is no way short of report spamming everyone in the guild. That makes you appear offline to them.

But give it time and you can probably have it for 5 dollars extra a month. = /

Why be so antisocial in a MMO?
Why not just say something like 'I'm working on some stuff, dudes. Hit me up for the next run.' or just hit afk/ screw you all, im a derphead and not answer anyone?

Why have a guild at all if you don't want to do anything with anyone, and can't be bothered to figure out a reasonable, adult way to say 'sorry, don't want to atm'?

I just play this guy when my guild wants me to do stuff that I don't want to. He is kind of my Outer Heaven.

This is a six year old suggestion.

Blizzard has always said no.

A user might want to do a search first, before posting an idea.


I have an idea:

One could "man up", telling their guild they are busy doing other stuff. I don't hide in real life, so I'll be darned if I'm going to do it in a video game.

Actually there is. You go to your Bnet account and switch your status to offline.

Please let us be invisible in guild if we want to be , let us appear offline there as well as to our friends on our friends list and B,net. I like it when I want to play and just relax by myself

People like myself (who’s past is rather violent) don’t feel comfortable even online in broaching that to people, we are natural worriers and a lot will not do the whole “man up” thing if it may inconvenience others or hurt their feelings. We just want to play the game sometimes without engaging directly with people.

The forums carried over a few weeks of active threads. That one, lonely necro made this thread active and qualified it for transfer.

I think I set myself to offline in the launcher and then i’m invisible in the guild roster, but the guildie logged in / out alert may still play?

I know it’s some weird two steps forward / one backwards to make it work, and until I unchecked it I was going crazy trying to see and be seen .
