Not a pun name but a bit of a joke name. It’s a play on Pratchett’s character Lu Tze the head of Time Monks, which itself is a play on pronunciation. If you say the name properly and quickly it becomes Lucy because the t is silent.
So if you say Tzu Tzn quickly it becomes Susan. A big tough male panda DK, dealing out death and destruction named Susan.
