That depends. I hardly ever use the “rainbow puke” function outside of showing it off.
I usually like to use the responsive “waves / ripple effect” when I press keys that sends light bouncing around. It’s kind of neat to see my key presses and mouse clicks affect the rest of the machine.
It’s also really cool to be able to turn on / off sections of the keyboard. I usually leave WASD, shift, alt, ctrl, and a few other niche buttons that I press lit to differentiate them from the rest of the keyboard. The rest of the time the system is just on a static single color
