Hello i am looking for some way [addon] or option to show the icon ( ! ) of low-level quests [the gray quests] on npc head. I not found it on options - and not found it on Questie addon, Questie trivial quests just show it on mini-map, i want to see it on npc HEAD.

Addons can only show UI elements and not put things in the world like a quest marker over a quest giver (I believe). That’s why they do minimap and worldmap.
If I’m wrong, happy to be proven so as I’d like the option to put in quest markers over quest givers too.
