You know what I’m talking about. Right by the 7th legion boat, where everyone tried to jump and make it but never could. Now we can. Shout out to that guy. It’s the little things, man.
As silly as it sounds, that is one of my favorite changes.
best feature of 8.1 and i love it.
I noticed that yesterday and got a chuckle out of it.
You could make the jump before though, more often you’d just be on the other side of the railing and have to jump over that too. I would only jump to the railing, turn in my emissary, and run back the other way because I didn’t need to go any further. Otherwise I used the rope ladder on the boat because it dropped me off next to the mission table before I’d wander over to Zandalar.
My wife and I both laughed loudly when we first saw that. They even took out the little piece of the railing.
Gripe all we want about BFA, it’s the little things
I always made the leap - except those times I didn’t and had to swim around.
Yeah that was nice, on the PTR I was falling through it but glad to see that got fixed too.
It was the first piece of content I did yesterday that did not lag
Surely this must be a joke. All I ever hear is that Blizz doesn’t care about Alliance and never does anything for Alliance.
Did you forget that you could glide?
I could make that jump
Ease of moving around our capital is all we got, man. Don’t take it from us.
Yeah shout out to the fix, and how about a hearty FU to the guy who didn’t have it there to begin with for ‘reasons’.
I’d actually gotten pretty good at making that jump, but I love the change. In my head, the 7th Legion just got tired of people knocking their little guardrail over and just yielded to the inevitable.
but you could make the jump!! it was a mini game . they nerfed fun!
Ironically, my long deer legs could never make the jump. Blizz, deer are bouncy. Very very bouncy.
I approve this thread.
I usually play my druid these days, so I didn’t really need it (wild charge from travel form always gets you from ramp to boat), but it’s a nice change anyways.
travel form, leap towards boat and then wild charge mid-air and you’ll always make it (it won’t even be close).
Hahah I thought something was different. I usually make the jump like 1 out of every 4 tries and last night i know I jumped too early but easily made it still.
Kudos for that little change!
