I was thinking how some options in our transmog collections have a very disheartening flaw:
Some of them are perfect for the intended style you’re trying to accomplish…except…when worn on your race it’s much too large or small.
Then I thought, “what if we had the option in the transmog window to pick the shoulder piece’s size?”
Kinda like how we now have the “Transmog Each Shoulder Seperately” checkbox, opposite of that It would be rad if we had a dropdown box or something where we can pick between “Smaller”, “Default”, or “Larger” shoulders.
Something that can, for example, let you use the 7th Legionnaire plate shoulders without turning yourself into a w40k space marine, or fixing the overly shrunken shoulderplates on models like the female blood elves with basically any armor piece

I have the additional problem with the placement of the shoulder pads. Sometimes they are absolutely beautiful, but they attach in a wonky way. Too high up or too far out to the sides typically.

lots of shoulders even have both problems. The 7th legionnaire’s plate shoulders in particular are not only gigantic, but also float off your character’s shoulders instead of actually being attached. Scaling them down could potentially fix both problems, bringing the center mass closer to the body

Historically, “huge” shoulder pads where also extra protection for the chest area. Those where supposed to hang on the shoulders having an extra layer to the upper part of the chest. They did not hower at the side of the head.

I love shoulders on Orcs. The shoulder mogs on this toon are hilariously huge. If I could make them bigger I would.
