Shoulder enchants

I was checking my bank on a toon today and found a couple of “Boon of the Harvester”. I notice it has no expansion limitations on it and I could apply it to my current shoulders.

Has anyone found any indication that these Legion shoulder enchants produce anything in BfA?

I put the zookeeper enchant on mine 2 months ago, supposed to give drops of pet supplies. It does not work in bfa.

I don’t think any are useful past MoP zones and are only good up to a certain ilvl

PLus there have not been any shoulder enchants since since the end of MoP

These are from Legion and are in fact shoulder enchants. Its just that they provide a certain extra chance of doing things, as mentioned in the one I indicated.:upside_down_face:

SO they are more like the skinning enchants for gloves .

They don’t do anything other then let you farm mats

Can’t remember if I had those or not seeing how Blizzard has made crafting a joke and it it isn’t worth it to craft it isn’t worth it to gather.

You won’t gain mats outside of the expansion they’re meant for, BFA mobs aren’t on the same loot table as say Legion so any Legion Shoulder enchants will only give you the bags for Legion killed mobs. They won’t stop you from using them though, if you ever go back to previous expansions to farm.

That sounds logical, thanks. I suppose it would be possible if they provided simply an across-the-board extra % chance (as the mining glove enchant does).
