Should the WoW forums have your highest progression achieved in the season under your portrait?

I disagree. If a player doesn’t enjoy delves they have the gear route they’ve had for the last many years.

So now you are just sounding like you have a double standard.

You admit that we are all in the ilvl reward spectrum

You state that if someone doesn’t do other content, then things shouldn’t effect them

But none of this applies to delves.

You explain if the ceiling changes, this effects everyone below. But ignoring how the floor changed can also effect things.

Delvers, apparently, are exempt from “if you don’t raid or do m+ then you shouldn’t care about their rewards” mentality

I don’t see how the floor will affect anything negatively. Seems like it would only be a good thing except if you’re like that lizard and say things like “I have more fun when other people have less gear”.

It devalued other forms of progression

Sounds like that progression isn’t that fun if a few pieces of gear just devalues it.

Anonymity is a right. Trying to take that away is perverted.

Cyrce’s circlet also did not affect the game if:

You don’t care about leaderboards.
You find other people who don’t care about the circlet. (But… a lot do and have it.)

But if you can find 4 people or a raid group that refuses to get the ring, nothing’s changed for those players. Content still functions just the same.

(But, uh, good luck with that.) Not quite realistic to expect people to forgo a power gain or for others to be fine with someone not going through the hassle of obtaining it.

That isn’t what I said.

But your lack of empathy towards other people’s gameplay is noted.

We both know if someone said the same about delves, you would take issue.

No, not positive.

Having gear rewards removed from content is rather boring.

Without delves, gear rewards would be present. (And this is the gearing up phase.)

Delves did not impact my m+ experience this expansion in a positive way.

Why should I have empathy for other’s content when I don’t receive it?

I already take issue with people trying to get delve gear nerfed.

I wouldn’t even be subbed right now. Doubt I’m alone in this either.

Eye for an eye.

That has been shown to work.

So I guess you don’t enjoy delves at all?

I doubt people will quit if delves award lower ilvl. It represents a form of content that is slightly more engaging than world quests.

And Zek’vir ?? exists, that is even worth my time.

I didn’t start it. I’ve never tried to take progress away from any other form of content in wow…ever. Yet people now want to take away my progression. I stand by it. Sorry not sorry.

Oh I do. I’ve been done with my delvers journey for a long long time and still do delves.

If the rewards from Delves did get nerfed to be something lower, and you plan to unsub because of that, then it goes to show you just want to have everything handed on to you on a silver platter without making an effort.

That is not how it works. You should not be awarded high ilvl gear on par to content that requires a group effort for doing content that requires no group effort at all.

As I said, the ilvl rewards should be nerfed. I was being very generous and saying to put it on to Champion 4/8. About the same thing as mid-normal raids.

If you want the truth, it should be 4-Adventurer. Delves are that easy, and the rewards are too high considering how easy the reward structure is giving everyone, just the easy way out from doing the other content to earn that gear.

I would.

This is exactly why I have this attitude now.

And you don’t play WOW for content, so…

But if you enjoy delves the reward shouldn’t matter.

Or is that an argument only you are allowed to make about other content?

:slightly_smiling_face:

I enjoy wow content. Just because I don’t play the game the same way you do doesn’t give you the right to make such ridiculous statements.
