I feel weird about TCG items being flung in game lately. Like, I think it’s dumb that they were left unobtainable when the TCG was discontinued in the first place, but it’s been like that for, you know, a decade, so suddenly tossing items from it into the game is a little questionable IMO. Even the Disco thing I just got goes for like $250 online IIRC. Or, did.

I’d prefer that Blizzard use some of the unused mounts that are already in the game files instead of giving away mounts that people already have, there are so many cool unused models available to them, and instead we’re getting ancient bear models etc?

It is desirable enough that it will probably show up tied to something like prime gaming where you have to do a little more than just watch twitch.

Sure, why not. Speaking in RP-server terms, the mount has absolutely no value and cannot be used at all without looking like a Mary Sue or cringe.
Regular players might enjoy this mount but it looks ancient, so I do not understand the “worth” behind but increasing the mount counter by +1.

Naw, too obvious. I think the Feldrake already set the precedent for going straight for the jugular at card traders and we don’t have to focus on that argument every month - besides, nobody is asking any of us what our suggestion is for the Trading Shoppe, and it’s too late for April. There’s got to be something we all like, maybe the Spectral Tiger is it, but somehow I no longer get particularly excited about this argument.
What do I like? Good question. But frankly, I’m tired of mounts - even using a nice little randomization program, my meager 350 mounts take too long to cycle through. I could drop mounts entirely, just so that Blizzard gives up their FOMO catnip.
Toys sound good, but we have those lately.
Basically, I don’t need a dang thing, nor am I that excited about any of it.
Go make a new raid tier. Take the next couple of staff meetings and go talk over player housing or some other hot player take, Blizzard.

Theyre gonna have to give me actual physical currency if they want me to download twitch, sync it to my WoW account and then listen to some jabbering nerd gas on about nonsense for four hours.

Yes. FOMO is manipulation. FOMO is a mobile game tactic. There is no place for it in an MMO with a sub.

Yes. For the price it goes for now you can get several store mounts, a carry for AOTC mounts, or a PS5 if you can find them in the store.

I have it as one of my main grounded mounts. I see more people on it, than the chicken mount, tbh. It’d be cool to see more of them around.

As someone with a spectral tiger, absolutely. it was a bucket list mount for me and I’d love for my friends who love one to have access to it too. Tigers for everyone!

People actually use this mount? I have perhaps seen it two times since I started to play in MoP.

Yeah, they do. I’ve seen it pop up waayyyyy more than the magic rooster mount.
While running mythics, if I use the spectral tiger/rooster or bronto, I will sometimes see someone else in the group pop the same mount. It’s a mount appreciation thing from collectors, I totally get it. But out of all those times, the tiger is either on par with or beyond the bronto, with the amount of times I have seen it pop up. (And just for a numerical average, I’ve run upwards of 150 mythics. Possibly more idk). Oh, and rooster is the rarest.

I have seen the rooster several times the past months here on ArgentDawn-EU - but I never thought of it as something valuable. Most of the older mounts fell into this zeitgeist-trap where it only matters to people who want to relive their glory days. Even if I had access to it, I would absolutely never use either the rooster or tiger.

Kind of an odd take. I personally just like the way they look. And the rooster mount makes such funny sounds.

Oh, and for a while the rooster mount was going on ebay for something ridiculous - like 8k or something? idk, whatevs.

I’d love to see the tiger become available to a lot more people. I was one of the people a little grumpy over the Feldrake, as I’ve owned one for nearly a decade, but then I realized it doesn’t really matter, it’s just pixels and no one’s gonna use it unless they really like it.
Besides, it’s not like there’s gonna be a constantly available “click me to get a tiger” button. It’s still gonna be limited to the people who happened to claim it that month, or if it comes to the Trading Post, those who bought it when it was in the cycle.
